Our products once opened will not qualify for a return/exchange, due to the potential impact on product freshness and hygiene. Also, given our commitment to being sustainable and environment friendly, we wish to keep our carbon footprint in check by not engaging in the returns process.

However, if you have any concerns with the product, please write to us at and we would be happy to assist you.


A request for replacement or refund will only be accepted in the below mentioned scenarios and must be initiated within a maximum of 3 days from the day of delivery:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
  • Item(s) Missing from Order
  • Expired Product Received

In all such cases, please drop an email to with your request along with a picture of the delivered product, and the invoice. Our team will review your concern and reach out to you with the next steps at the earliest possible. Please note that any refund/replacement request without images will be rejected.

Replacement, refund, or cancellation requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Replacement/refund request generated 3 days after the day of delivery
  • Damaged/missing product reported 3 days after the day of delivery
  • Cancellation request initiated after the products have been shipped
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Replacement/refund request with no supporting images

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first. Unfortunately, cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted. Orders placed during sales cannot be cancelled.
